Property & Maintenance
The P&M Chairperson will serve as an elected Director of the Board. The Chairperson shall advise the Board on all matters pertaining to the acquisition, maintenance, repair or improvement of the common properties of the Association, exclusive of the community dock and walkways, and oversee the security needs of the entire development; and perform such other functions as the Board determines.
There are currently no members on the Property & Maintenance committee.
