Community "Amenities" consist of our Picnic Shelter, which is located on a beautiful lot adjacent to the Crystal Cove Docks, and our Boat Launch/Pier.
The Picnic Shelter is available to all owners and can be reserved for private gatherings by contacting the POA Secretary.
The Docks contain 32 slips which are privately owned; however, there are a few for sale as well as some available to rent. Please check the Classifieds section of this website for more information regarding both owner and vendor offerings.
The Boat Launch/Pier is available to all owners and guests for both launching watercraft and fishing.
